An Everyman’s Guide To Investing In Real Estate
Hello aspiring real estate investors. If your here your obviously wanting to learn the game of real estate. You were probably directed here from the search engines, one of my real estate articles, or one of my fellow real estate pals.
If your ready to learn a simple and easy guide on how to invest in real estate for anyone then read on. Before purchasing this ebook I want you to go ahead and read all of what I am going to say.
Maybe you have noticed that this isn’t the typical ebook sales pages you probably see all around the internet. I don’t have a bunch of flashy graphics and list after list of bullet points. There will not be any corny testimonials either.
The reason is simple. I am not somone who is just trying to push an ebook your way and collect big bucks. I am just someone who loves the real estate business and wants to save you the time and money by giving you a very simple, cheap, and to the point ebook illistrating an understandable system you can use to make endless amounts of money in real estate.
Let me tell you a bit about myself…
I am Nick Flash, a 29 year old who worked job after job for years earning not much more then minimum wage. At the age of 23 I finally asked myself what the heck I was doing. I felt like I was just running in a hamspter wheel and never getting anywhere. Then, I started reading lots of books and realized I was stuck in the rat race of life.
From that point on I decided to seek out ways to become independently wealthy and have residual forms of income to support me the rest of my life. Naturally I realized that real estate was the best ticket to the financial freedom I wanted so bad.
I went to work reasearching. I learned a ton about real estate (unfortunatly the hard way) and have now reached my goal of financial freedom. I can travel where I want, I can do what I want, I can buy what I want. One of the kicks about owning real estate is it gives you a good excuse (not that you need one) to travel places and scout potential investments. You can even have your business pay for it by writing it off as a business expense.
Back to my research phase though…
One thing I realized when trying to learn how to invest in real estate was there wern’t any simple beginner guides around. Sure there are tons of books with titles like “Real Estate For Beginners” but in my experience they just did not offer a full view of things. They would literally give you the beginning steps then try to get you to buy the next volume for experts.
I finnally decided to remidy this for you by writing my own guide to real estate investing. Blue Collar Real Estate is a very simple and easy to understand guide that gives you a full framework of what to expect with and how to go about investing in real estate. It is not a guide that will overload you with details and words that don’t make sense but instead will give you a very real system that I have used on how to invest in real estate.
As I state in the ebook, if your expecting step-by-step guides, then don’t plan on investing in real estate or doing business in general. The important thing is learning the principles and developing a system. The details are learned with experience and no other way.
